Welcome! It is my deep belief that part of being human is expending, expressing and expanding creative energy. When done through a Spiritual lens, we bring and integrate our connection to the source of love into our act of creating. Then, no matter the outcome of the final product, our process of making becomes intrinsically valuable because it has touched a soul place, and there is transformation. When we learn to bring our mental, emotional and somatic intelligence centers into our creative process, that is to say, no part of ourselves is excluded from the experience, that is when healing can come. Everything is welcome. As Richard Rohr says, “everything belongs”. We can breathe into the experience of letting… and that, my friends, is when the magic happens, when the alchemy of life takes over and we find ourselves in the flow of love when we choose to place our attention there.

My purpose in this space is to accompany you as you walk the terrain of spiritual discovery, formation and creative exploration and serve as a support and witness to how it interplays with all of who you are for your healing and flourishing.

Beginning February 1, 2025 I am adding an office space in Cool Springs for Spiritual Direction/Creative Coaching. I will still have my Columbia Sunroom as well. When filling out the form below, please specify which location you would like to meet.

 

Individual Discovery

I will guide you through each 60-minute session, which includes and is not limited to:

  • Mapping your journey

  • Discovering the Enneagram

  • Learning new ways of praying and listening

  • Allowing space for the creative and the spiritual to exist in harmony with one another

  • Time with silence and time with speech

  • Exploring new creative expression and processes

  • Somatic and breath work

  • Exploring different artistic genres, such as
    poetry, visual art, music, art journaling, etc. to integrate and alchemize

  • Writing exercises

  • Learning to trust your own inner experience and allow for healing to come to heart, head and hand
